Matthias Zeuch has 25 years of global HR experience in 40 countries in Asia, Americas, Europe and Africa. His latest corporate assignment was Executive Vice President of HR Northeast Asia for Daimler/Mercedes-Benz.


He owns HRMnext (, an HR Academy and Consulting company located in Hong Kong, Beijing, Manila and Berlin. He also is the editor-in-chief of the new “Handbook of Human Resources Management” at Springer Science+Business Media, Director for Innovative HR at the INA Institute in Berlin and teaches Human Resources Management at Berlin University for Professional Studies.
