职位概要
中国区总经理将直接汇报给执行副总裁兼销售与服务,美洲/亚太地区将领导我们在中国的业务位于东莞和上海。
应聘者将负责提供领导和推动跨越目标的核心潜在市场,特别是在中国和其他国家在亚太地区的增长计划的执行。
一般责任
销售和服务管理
•在本地团队的密切合作,制定战略和销售预测

合作伙伴管理职责:

General Manager

China

 

Position Summary

The China General Manager will report to EVP Sales & Services, Americas/APAC and will head our China based operations located in Dongguan and Shanghai.

Candidate will be responsible for providing the leadership and driving the execution of growth plans across the targeted core markets in particular in China and potentially in other countries within the APAC region.

General Responsibilities

Sales and Services Management

·         In close collaboration with local team, develop strategies and sales forecasts

·         Promote the sale of products and services to new and established accounts to achieve sales objectives and greater market penetration. Invest a significant portion of time in the field both with strategic accounts and sales management staff.

·         Acquires deep understanding of customers’ business and unique requirements; offers new and innovative ways in which the organization can benefit the customer and distinguish themselves from the competition.

·         Understand and efficiently exploit the use of CRM

·         Oversee the delivery of consulting services and content production

·         Assume financial responsibility for managing the P/L in China

·         Manage team competencies development

·         Participate in strategic and tactical planning for the region

Partner Management Responsibilities:

  • Manage the partner lifecycle: on-boarding (building domain competency), training, driving and tracking revenue growth through channel partners
  • Identify, acquire and develop new channel partners targeted to retailers and manufacturers
  • Execute the strategic business sales plan while working with key internal stakeholders (e.g. service, product development, product management, support, and shared services

Professional services

·         Direct all activities relating to service and support in connection with product implementation.  Responsible for defining client needs, developing a proposal aligned with our product roadmap to meet those needs, as well as overseeing the implementation of the complete solution


Customer support and training

·         Directs a team providing call and on-line support responsible for the diagnosis, troubleshooting and support

·         Oversee the customer technical training function in connection with the use of our solutions

Experience and Competencies

·         Possess 5+ years of enterprise systems leadership experience in China, with at least 2 of these years leading large enterprise solution implementations of ERP, CAD/CAM or PLM.  MRP or other relevant manufacturing experience is a must.

·         Strategic thinker with good business acumen and at least 2 years of formal general management or professional services management experience

·         Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strategic relationships with customers and partners.

·         Strong negotiating skills and communication skills.

·         Able to provide a sense of purpose to his team.  Natural leader who can attract, develop, retain, influence and mobilize managers with a self- directed approach

·         Maintain ongoing talent development

·         Consult peers and foster a collaborative environment across all players in the organization

·         Ability to work collaboratively with both local and remote colleagues and staff to create a result driven team oriented environment

·         Demonstrated ability to successfully conduct business remotely in various cultural environments

·         Former experience with western business practices

·         Statesmanship in his ability to represent the company

·         Fluent in English and Mandarin (verbal and written)

·         Requires willingness to work on a flexible schedule and frequent travel (50%+)

·         University degree required. MBA an asset

·         Position will be based either in Shanghai or Guangzhou
