回答 @谌力:The biggest technology user within the Bank is Operations, and Operations is the best department to give constructive feedback to Technology department on where we should automate and digitize. To enhance the productivity of an organization, the best way is to automate the repetitive tasks, and we do have many repetitive tasks in Banking Operations. By automating more, our Operations department can focus more on value added services, so that we can differentiate our services better......
