Each of the vendor solution claims to deliver business value, and I do believe that they are right. The key is if we leverage the systems built sufficiently. For example..... as common as Microsoft Office. I think most users know no more than 10% of its functionality and what it can do for them. The key is to leverage these already built functions better. For property market, the success factor is Location Location Location. For IT business, the success factor is to Utilization Utilization and Utilization. Track every single busines case, even when the project was finished months or years ago, to make sure the business case is delivered!
