回答 @冯磊:Then, the biggest value is to derive insights from the massive data we have. As a bank, we are drawing the data from many different areas together to have a better understanding on the behaviour of our customers. Instead of looking at their product needs alone, instead of looking at their Internet Banking usage pattern alone, and instead of seeing how often they come to our branches..... so forth so forth.... we link them all togehter. We then get a better understanding of our customer ("customer centric approach").
